Extra-vergin Olive Oil: The extra-vergin oil, by the farm Mazzalupo, is produced on the Tuscan hills at 400 m. altitude, giving the biggest to quality. For that reason only 4 different quality of olives are used: the Morella has a fresh and definite smell, the Frantoiana has a fruited taste, while the Leccina and the Pendolina have a slightly sweet taste. This combination makes the typical delicate taste of our oil. Olives are picked up by hand from the tree and only on their best moment: the beginning of their maturation. Once selected, they are worked within 12 hours after the harvest with a mechanical procedure following the old method of the cold squeezing. All that is the assurance of a harmonious and inimitabile oil with a very low acidity.
