Selling conditions

The rates of all products  are VAT included. The applied rates are indicated on the web when the order is made by the Customer. The prices of the single products can change and, therefore, the prices indicated on the website, void and replace the old ones. It is necessary to add the amount of delivery (which is calculated directly by the system according to the price/weight of the products).
The delivery costs for Italy are the following:

for orders up to 100 euros	9 euros
For orders more than 100 euros	free

 

 

The delivery costs for foreigner countries are the following:
 

Delivery time: 2-3 days for Europe, 6-7 days for the rest of the world (Saturday and holidays not included)

* for Switzerland add 15,50 euros extra charge for clearance (*)

For packagesmore than 50 Kg travelling air mail, the cost inside the European Union i sto be stated: inthat case you will contacted by our customer service.

How much does the delivery in a country outside Europe cost?
It is calculated every time, according to the weigh of the package and the country of destination.

If you wish to send products to countries outside the European Union, please write to info@fattoriamazzalupo.com  and our customer service will send you an estimate of the delivery costs.

A MINIMUM ORDER IS NOT NECESSARY:
it is possibile to order even a single product.
 

 

In case the products you have ordered are not available in our storehouse, you will immediately informed and  they will not replaced  with other products.
The total amount will be calculated according to the sent products.
The invoice will be enclosed to the ordered products.

 

RENUNCIATION RIGHT  

The Customer has the right to  abandon the purchase without any penalties and without communicating the reason of his/decision, in any moment, with honesty and good faith. It is possible to send a communication in writing or speaking  to Fattoria Mazzalupo Srl.  Via Calamandrei 64 - 52100 Arezzo - Italia in which  the Customer will communicate the product/s he/she wishes to cancel. Fattoria Mazzalupo Srl.  will retire the delivery of the product/s at its expenses with the terms previously stated  with the Customer, unless there’s a renunciation to return the product/s.

In case of the cancellation of an order, within the times and terms included in the renunciation right, if the paymet ihas been done through Bank transfer, Credit Card or in cash, Fattoria Mazzalupo Srl.   will return the amount paid on the purchase within  30 days after the communication of cancellation is received. The payment is done trhough PayPal system. Credit cards or PayPal account holders a dicredito can pay on line following the instructions indicated on the web site. In that way the Customer is guaranteed  that, in case the products are not available  or in case of delay  in the delivery for any reason, any withdrawal of money will be done bifore the product/s is/are sent.

PAYMENT UPON DELIVERY: The payment upon delivery includes an extra charge of  5 Euros for purhcases up to 300 Euros and it is possibile only in Italy. Before you decide to have this way of payment, please contact us to our e-mail address.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
All the products sold are prepared and packed in order to reduce any risk of breaking or deterioration, are covered by insurance and delivered by the TNT Express Courier.
Any claims about the integrity of the products are to be made upon delivery: in case of damages the Customer must refuse the products. Fattoria Mazzalupoo Srl.  will immediately send new products to replace the damaged or missing goods without any extra charges.
Delivery times:
The orders will be filled as soon as possible, approximately within 2 - 3 days.

Possible delays will due to holidays, strikes or other reasons not connected to our will.
